Organizations and nonprofits can add an event through the app. This event will appear on the dashboard of people that have volunteered there before.
A QR code will be given to the creator of the Day of Action to verify volunteer hours on the spot. It fills in some of the details for the volunteer.
This simplifies the verification step for volunteers and the organizations, so they can focus on the post event follow-up instead of verifying multiple hours the next day.
This feature gives schools and organizations the ability to decide whether they will recognize an activity from an account they oversee.
If someone submits a volunteer hour for a school requirement that the school does not think fits their criteria, they can decide to not recognize the activity. Yet, the student can still see the activity and have that data on their personal account.
This goes both ways. Students can decide whether or not they will let their school or organization see certain volunteer activities. They do this during the verification step of recording the activity.
When adding a volunteer activity, your verifier list will now be displayed in chronological order.
Your most recent verifier will appear at the top of the list for simplicity.
As a paid account holder, you can now access data for any linked members from all reports.
All names will be clickable, so you can look into their hours completed while linked to your company.
This includes data for past linked members, so you can review information even after they are no longer part of your enterprise (e.g., after they graduate high school or leave your company).
