Nonprofits focus is on their mission. With many nonprofits being understaffed and underfunded, keeping track of data points becomes overwhelming. Even though nonprofits may begin to accumulate large amounts of data about their volunteers and others involved in their organization, many still fall short to make good use of the information. Every organization accumulates a large amount of information about its volunteers over time. This information should not be thrown into a pile and left for someone else to sort through later....
